Len Willet CCBasingstoke was started in the 1970's by among others Len Willet. Len was also GB manager on the Peace Race throughout the early 1980's and managed both the Ever Ready and Percy Bilton Professional Teams in the mid eighties, including John Herety and Graham Jones. Unfortunately Len died as the result of a car accident in 1999.

Alan Clarke The Club flourished through the late 70's, attracting quality riders including Alan Clarke, winning alone here. The club had in excess of 50 members by 1980, becoming the club in the South.
CCB 1980 Line up The 1980 CCB line up includes Martin Beckenham, Luke Brashier, John Fawcett, Hugh Ashworth, Steve Upson, Eamon Lamb, Steve Clacey, Berni Charlick and Berni Hallet
A Young Berni Charlick CCB has always been a road racing club, and riders have always been 'up there' racing. Here Berni Charlick is at the head of affairs, with Eddy Wakor(far right)moving up.

Richard (Notch) Wilson Dave Watkinson In the Mid- Eighties, young riders Douglas Muggeridge, Simon Lunskey, Richard Wilson and Dave Watkinson kept the winning tradition alive.Here Dave and Richard take all the primes at Alton Criterium
